At MyFirstWig Sale Zone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 15-day return policy for items in their original, unaltered condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email within 15 days of receiving your package to obtain your Return Authorization number and the correct return address.

  Pack with Care

  Ensure the wig is unworn, uncut, and in its original packaging with all tags and protective nets attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Ship the Item

  Securely package your item and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
